Why we existMission & vision

Mission

Give Roswell's baseball and softball players a home to train year-round, with pro-level coaching, strength work and a family-first culture.

Vision

Become North Fulton's go-to training home, where players build skill, strength and character, and families feel part of the team.

01

Training space first

Turf, cages and gym get the most room. Lobby, shop and restrooms sit along the front so they don't steal reps.

02

Clean & professional

A modern, functional facility with good lighting, commercial equipment and 20′–24′ clear height for ball flight.

03

Built for every player

Baseball and fastpitch, boys and girls, rec to travel — with a parent viewing area so families can watch.

04

Local & community-first

Locally owned by a Roswell dad, built to serve the community and grow with it.

Why Roswell

Right in the middle of North Fulton baseball & softball.

Roswell already has a deep youth baseball and fastpitch softball culture. What it needs is a place to keep training when the fields are hot, wet, dark or cold.

35,500+households in Roswell, with a median household income of about $128,600.

~50"of rain a year in metro Atlanta, spread across 110+ days with measurable precipitation.

Central to North Fulton

Roswell sits in northern Fulton County, bordered by Milton, Alpharetta and Johns Creek, with Sandy Springs just across the Chattahoochee. Families from all of them are a short drive away.

Next door to Hembree Park

The proposed site on Hembree Park Drive is minutes from Hembree Park — six lighted baseball/softball fields and a home of Roswell's youth baseball and softball leagues.

Georgia summers are brutal

Metro Atlanta's normal July high is about 90°F, with roughly 16 days at 90°F or hotter. Indoors, practice doesn't have to stop at noon.

Rainouts & winter darkness

Rain is spread through the year and winter highs average in the mid-50s with early sunsets. The off-season is exactly when serious players need reps.

Strong rec & travel programs

Roswell Recreation offers youth baseball and fastpitch softball with RYBSA, including a select softball program, plus Roswell BSBL travel baseball and its new SBL Pirates Fastpitch teams.

A family community

With about a quarter of residents under 18 and more than 35,000 households, Roswell is a family town — and families would rather train close to home.
